Before the i-lipo treatment
Tips for the few hours before the treatment

Don’t skip any meals and try to eat food every 3-4 hours.

Drink enough liquids. Aside from water, try to consume herbal or green tea – you can even play around with different fruit flavors.

Try to consume a light meal 2-3 hours before the application of the therapy. For this specific main meal try to consume some kind of carbohydrate source (e.g. a bread slice, 1/3 cup rice, 2 whole wheat rye bread or ½ cup potatoes or legumes). 
 
If the meal your are going to consume 2 hours before the therapy is a snack then you can have either; fruit, a muesli bar, a 2% fat yogurt or a handful of almonds.
