Office meals that will keep you model-thin
We all know how difficult it is to maintain a balanced diet especially when you have a busy working schedule. However, don’t let this limit you and become an obstacle to your dreams of a slimmer body.
All you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and override your hectic work life is motivation and determination.

a)Start with a filling breakfast – individuals who avoid this meal end up consuming more calories than usual throughout the day. Enrich your breakfast with skimmed milk, whole wheat bread and low-fat cheese.
b)Have a light snack-whole wheat toast or low-fat yogurt with almonds and prunes.
c)Leave the main meal for home – unless you’re a late night worker and can manage to heat up your home meal at work.
d)For dinner- eat something light, low in calories, sugars and fats.

Remember that in order to succeed in your lifestyle change then you must make your eating habits and exercise regime a priority.
