Exercise myths busted!
Only by sticking to a plan of exercising and eating healthy can you begin to lose weight properly. Here are a couple of exercise myths you should not listen to:
1. You must exercise often and hard or you will be wasting your time. Any exercise is better than no exercise from brisk walking to simple gardening.
2. Exercising for hours on end yields best results. Genetics affect your speed, strength and endurance making your training program unique compared to others.
3. Home workouts aren't as effective as gym workouts. Research has indicated that home-based fitness programs are easier to follow than the gym. At the end of the day, the best fitness location is the one that suits you and actually allows you to exercise.
