Ready to mix up breakfast and dessert? Then this is a recipe you have to try. It's quick and easy to make and works great as either breakfast or a light dessert after a heavy meal.

INGREDIENTS
150g pot natural, organic low-fat yoghurt
400g mix of summer berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc...)hulled and washed
1 large sliced banana
Fresh mint leaves
Honey to drizzle if desired
PREPARATION
Wash hull and cut the strawberries in half. Wash the other remaining berries. Pat dry with a clean paper towel. Puree half the berries and the banana in a bowl with a stick blender or a food processor. Add the yoghurt to the fruit puree and mix together gently. Place the remaining fruit in individual bowls and spoon over with the yoghurt and fruit sauce. Serve with a drizzle of honey and if desired add mint leaves.
