INGREDIENTS
4 medium tomatoes
250 g lean ground beef
250 ml tomato paste
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
½ teaspoon cinnamon
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
300 ml water

PREPARATION
Cook ground beef in a frying pan, over medium heat, for 30-40 minutes. Drain and rinse the beef. Add garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Clean the tomatoes, cut the tops and remove the insides. Fill them with the mixture. Place the tomatoes in a deep saucepan. Blend together the tomato paste, water, cinnamon and fresh garlic in a separate bowl and pour over the tomatoes. Simmer in saucepan at low heat for 10-15 minutes.
