Having a pair of good shaped glutes is every girls dream. As summer is approaching everyone is becoming more conscious about having perfectly toned glutes. Despite the difficulty of exercising this specific muscle group, there are some very useful and effective exercises that you can follow, using only your body weight.

The Routine
3 sets x 20 reps. Lie flat on a floor mat with your feet touching the floor, your knees bend at 60 degrees and your hands by your side. Slightly put pressure on your heels and knees and raise your hips towards the ceiling while you concentrate on your glutes. Try to stay in this position for a few seconds. Slowly while you exhale return to your starting position.
