This fresh salad is full of essential vitamins and minerals from the green leaves and contains protein from the cheese. The dull taste of the mozzarella cheese brings out juicy flavors, along with the tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS
4 (assorted) lettuce leaves
4 baby spinach leaves
4 tomatoes, sliced
115 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon watercress
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
Rinse lettuce, spinach and watercress. Place them into a salad bowl. Cut up the cheese and tomatoes into small cubes and add them in the bowl. In a cup, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic and spices.

Pour the mixture over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
