Protein sources whilst using the i-lipo treatment
Meat or fish? The answer is both
Meat is considered one of the most ideal sources of protein that is packed with valuable vitamins and minerals such as iron, selenium, zinc and B-vitamins. It is exceedingly important to consume lean meat such as poultry whilst avoiding fried meats and sausages. Additionally, try to consume red meat in moderation. Great alternative protein sources are legumes that can be accompanied by either rice or a slice of bread. Now’s the time to also bust the egg myth! In the past, eggs have been blamed for increasing cholesterol levels however, eggs are actually a vital source of protein that should be consumed without a doubt to complete a well-balanced diet. 

Seafood and fish are excellent sources of proteins and healthy omega-3 fats coupled with the fact that they are rich in vitamins A and D. Your diet should include 2-3 portions of fish per week, whereby one of the portions should be of oily fish such as salmon, cod, swordfish or sardines. The ideal way to consume seafood is either by roasting or steaming the fish as opposed to frying it so that you maintain your fat intake to a minimum.
