It's that time of the month when you turn into a moody monster. The transition is definitely not fun, from sugar cravings to bloating and back pains all you wish you could do is relax and get back to your life. Stay healthy and stick to whole-grains (such as brown rice), avoid- processed foods, red meat and dairy and opt for 'good fats' such as nuts and oily fish. A healthy diet will help regulate your body and hormones and reduce those nasty PMS symptoms. Put that monster to sleep for good by staying healthy, slim and PMS-free! Can I hear an AMEN from the boys?
