INGREDIENTS
4 chicken cutlets
1 stalk fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper

PREPARATION
Wash chicken cutlets and pat dry with a kitchen paper towel. Mix the parsley, basil, oregano, nutmeg, fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the chicken into the mixture.
Cook on stove either in oven.
Stove: set a large skillet over medium to high heat and pour 1 tablespoon olive oil. Heat for 2-3 minutes and then add the cutlets. Fry each side for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Oven: place the chicken in a baking pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
Accompany them with any kind of vegetables.
