This may seem like the first time you are hearing about it, but this diet has been around since the early 1930’s. It’s a short-term quick-fix, ideal for those wanting to lose just a few extra pounds gained. The success of this diet lies in a ‘secret’ ingredient within the fruit, which when combined with protein promises to jump-starts the fat burning process leading to weight loss. Most individuals will experience weight-loss as a result of fluid-loss and not necessarily of fat-loss. An extra tip for optimum results is to work out on a regular basis and load up on black coffee and water throughout the day.
