Perform the easiest dumbbell lunges to ensure the proper shaping of the glutes and thighs. To complete this exercise a pair of dumbbells are required to trim and tone the thighs and glutes. Hold the dumbbells and stand in a straight position. Keep your back straight. Use the right foot and step in a forward position. Lower to make the lunge position. Keep in mind that your knees stay in line over the toes. Keep yourself in this position for some time. Now push back up powerfully. Come in a standing position and stand straight. Now repeat the process with the left foot. Apply 10 sets to each foot.
