This is a great salad to take with you to work and have on your lunch break. It tastes great, it’s easy to make and ideal for those watching their figure, but do not want to fade away from hunger. It contains good carbohydrates and protein.

INGREDIENTS
1 lettuce
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 cup pickles
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, diced
5 slices boiled turkey ham, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar free light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
Wash lettuce leaves and dry. In a large bowl, blend olive oil, mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Add the lettuce, turkey ham, pickles, onion, green pepper and celery. Mix together and toss until coated.
An easy turkey ham and pickle salad is ready!
