Chicken with Peppers and Onions

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (120g each)
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 big onion, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon oregano, fresh or dried
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 200°C (425°F). Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips (optional). In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Season the chicken and place it in a baking dish. Add bell peppers and onion and pour the dressing. Cover with foil. Bake until the chicken is cooked thoroughly (about 25-30 minutes). Place on plates and garnish with basil (optional).
