INGREDIENTS
chicken breasts, boneless skinless (100 g each)
2 ripe tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION
Wash the chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Mix ½ tablespoon olive oil and minced garlic in a shallow dish. Coat the chicken breasts, adding salt and pepper. Put the tomatoes in a blender. Then pour in a saucepan and heat together with ½ tablespoon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Turn on grill at medium-high heat. Grill chicken about 5-6 minutes per side. Place the chicken breasts into plates and pour the tomato sauce over chicken.
