A variety of seafoods can be used as substitutes, however we suggest you use crab as it is widely available and ready-prepared for use.

INGREDIENTS
100g crab meat
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
½ teaspoon wasabi paste
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ avocado, peeled and chopped or sliced
½ iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tablespoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. (Make sure this is done gently to avoid them being broken up too much.) This is great served as a salad by itself or stuffed in a wholemeal wrap or pita bread.
