Cycling is one of the most ideal forms of exercise with the final goal being weight loss. This sport has become more enjoyable and comfortable nowadays. Cycling has positive effect on increasing the heart beat hence burning more calories. It is perceived as a total body workout as it has equal endurance effect on the glutes, calves, hamstrings and quadriceps.  This takes place as you employ power on the pedals and take on your body weight. Remember that this will have an impact on your joints. Furthermore you will be intrigued with the fact that you can burn about 75 to 670 calories in just half an hour! To ensure weight loss, you will have to gradually increase your speed and distance. The notion is simple, the more you ride the more you'll burn. 
The Routine
Use your body weight to generate the pedal power. Transfer the power from leg to pedal. Exert more power to gain speed and maintain a consistency level across the distance to be covered.
