Drink water and add dairy to your diet
Are you drinking enough water? You can even add some milk to your fluids
As you may have heard countless times in the past, it is ideal to drink around 1.5-2.5 liters of water per day. Even though water is a vital ingredient of your diet, you should also consume other liquids to fulfill your body’s daily needs. Any form of herbal infusions such as green tea, louisa or white tea are perfect to complete your liquid intake. Drink 1-2 glasses of water before and after treatment.

Moreover, milk, yogurt and cheese are exceptional sources of calcium, protein and vitamins A and B12. Due to the fact that dairy products are commonly loaded with fat you should probably opt for skimmed alternatives such as 1% fat milk or 2% fat yogurt. The same concept applies to the cheese as well so opt for low-fat versions such as cottage cheese or goats cheese in moderation and with portion control.
