INGREDIENTS
8 large flat mushrooms
150g grated parmesan or other cheese
1 bunch of spring onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small bunch of parsley, chopped
a few sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sauté the mushrooms on a baking pan and add the onions, garlic and thyme. Add
grated cheese with sprinkles of parsley on top of the mushrooms. Back for 20 minutes and you are ready!
