Jump your feet back in, stand up and get ready for the next jump. By repeating this exercise 10 times in one minute, get surprising results. Give proper timing for rest and resuming your regular heart beat.

Get the explosive movement by jumping your feet back. Place your hands in front to get the Plank position. Jump your feet back in and stand up. Then commence sequence again.
