The Chocolate Myth
When it comes to chocolate we all tend to have a sweet tooth but are we doing our bodies any good?

A recent study has confirmed that individuals who consume chocolate on a regular basis have a much lower body mass index than those who avoid it.

The good news is that chocolate isn’t as harmful to our body weight if it is consumed in moderation. Cocoa lovers are bound to know the many beneficial properties that emerge regularly from consecutive scientific surveys. So far, it seems that frequent chocolate consumption helps to reduce blood pressure and the risk of cardiovascular diseases whilst it has also shown that it can improve cholesterol levels and regulate blood sugar levels. Scientists are unable to explain why exactly a food, rich in sugar, fat and calories is not harmful to our body’s weight and our health.

Remember there’s no need to go overboard! Have your little dark brown chocolate piece today and leave the rest for tomorrow.
