INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon pine nuts
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 cups basil leaves
¼ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 g ciaocarb penne

PREPARATION
Cook pasta in saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, process pine nuts, garlic, basil and parmesan until finely minced. Add the olive oil and process until almost smooth. Drain the pasta and add the pesto sauce to the pan. Add the pasta and stir.
